Delivery and return

"We deliver several thousand orders per year, in France or abroad, for the past 30 years. Shipping vs delivery

"On each product page, an estimated shipping time is provided. Shipping is the period during which we prepare your product and hand it over to our transport partner. This is not the delivery date of your order."

"The delivery time corresponds to the time required by the carrier to deliver your package.
Delivery Date = Saulaie shipping date + carrier delivery date."

The different delivery options

Delivery costs are based on the subtotal of the item(s) in your basket before discounts or reductions and therefore delivery takes into account the time it takes to prepare, dispatch and receive the parcels at your home.

Delivery charges vary depending on the weight, size of the package, the destination and the delivery method you choose.

For delivery by a removal company (Premium), unpacking and collection of packaging is included in the service. This is not included in Standard delivery.

Receiving terms by type of package

1° Postal parcels (small parcels)

For small parcels, we work with La Poste services. The delivery time, after dispatch, is 48 hours maximum in France.

Colissimo Home delivery against signature: Parcel delivered against signature by your postman. The signature confirms the acceptance of the parcel in its condition. If the parcel is damaged, please refuse it and notify us by email so that we can handle the return process, as well as the shipment of a new model.

In case of absence, the postman will leave a calling card which will allow you to collect the parcel from your post office for 15 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. A new delivery will be possible after payment of the transport costs.

Colissimo delivery to PickUp point or PickUp Station locker: Delivery to a PickUp point or PickUp Station locker among 8,000 collection points throughout France, offered when placing your order. The package will be handed over to you upon signature. This signature confirms acceptance of the package in its current condition. If the package is damaged, please refuse it and notify us by email so that we can handle the return process and send a new model.

If you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to us within 15 days. A new delivery can be arranged after payment of the transport costs.

2° By courier and specialized transport (large packages)

"We offer 3 levels of service with specialized carriers:"

  • Standard delivery day (free for Metropolitan France for purchases over €150):

    Fast and efficient delivery (4 days if the product is in stock) to the foot of the specified delivery address. The item arrives packaged, protected in a cardboard box and wrapped on a wooden pallet. An appointment is made in advance by email or SMS, from Monday to Friday during the day (from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm), without a possible time slot.

  • Standard half-day delivery (free for Metropolitan France for purchases over €1,500):

    Express delivery (4 days if the product is in stock) from Monday to Saturday (according to your choice) to the foot of the specified delivery address. The item arrives packaged, protected in a cardboard box and wrapped on a wooden pallet. An appointment is made in advance by email or SMS, from Monday to Friday, in the morning (from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm), without a possible time slot

  • Premium delivery (free for Metropolitan France for purchases over €1,500):

    "Customized delivery (within 15 days) to the room of your choice at the delivery location by a specialized furniture moving carrier. An appointment is scheduled in advance, directly with you by phone, followed by an SMS notification for the time slot. Saturday delivery possible depending on regions: please contact us."

"For international deliveries, additional delays may occur."

"Don't forget to take measurements of your rooms, door frames, staircases, and any other access points to your home before placing an order, to ensure that the packages and the products they contain are suitable for your space and can be delivered to your home and the location where you intend to install them. If a freight elevator is required, additional charges may apply."

Upon receipt of your order, it is important to check the condition of the package and then open it to verify the condition of the furniture. The delivery person must wait for you to check the furniture and sign the delivery slip before leaving. This is contractual and essential to allow for an exchange in case of damage(s). If any issue is noticed upon opening the package, specific reservations, not generic ones, must be reported.

Returns of my order

Nous aimons ce que nous faisons et nous sommes les premiers désolés si votre produit ne vous donne pas entière satisfaction. Pour bénéficier d’un retour produit, vous pouvez soit :

  • refuse the order on delivery; the delivery person will then leave with the package.

  • informer notre service client, dans un délai légal de 14 jours après réception du produit, que le(s) produit(s) reçu(s) ne vous convien(en)t pas : nous nous chargeons alors de l'organisation du retour du produit. Des frais de retour seront retenus sur le remboursement complet de votre commande selon un barème précis (en fonction de votre localisation et du poids du colis à retourner – détail à retrouver sur la page dédiée au paiement).
