This set consists of an oval dish in cast aluminium and a Pyrex dish. It is ideal for cooking your preparations in the oven but also for a pretty presentation at the table.
Cast aluminium is an excellent heat retainer, it resists high temperatures and does not require any special maintenance, unlike silver-plated metal.
You can either cook your preparations directly in the cast aluminium dish without the Pyrex, or use the Pyrex for cooking and use the cast aluminium for serving to keep the preparation warm without burning your fingers.
