This set consists of a rectangular dish in cast aluminium and a Pyrex dish. You can cook your preparations in the oven and then serve them directly and elegantly to your guests.
Cast aluminium helps to retain heat, it is resistant to high temperatures and does not require any special maintenance, unlike silver-plated metal.
You can either choose to cook your preparations directly in the cast aluminium dish without the Pyrex, or use the Pyrex for cooking and use the cast aluminium for serving in order to keep the preparation warm without burning your fingers.
