This porcelain dish rests in a rattan flower holder with 2 side handles. A great classic in professional kitchens, rattan perfectly withstands the expansion caused by high heat. Unlike wicker, which has only one fibre, rattan is made up of a core consisting of a set of fibres forming a very hard grain. It is this core of fibres that is used in the manufacture of our rattan items. A rattan basket will therefore be much more resistant than a wicker basket. High-end craftsmanship and hand-woven according to ancestral know-how.
Fiche d'entretien
You can clean rattan using a sponge or a soft brush soaked in warm water and a few drops of washing-up liquid. Always use a soft cloth or a soft brush to avoid damaging the material. Drying is very important, otherwise the rattan may become mouldy.
