Elegant and modern, the Icon collection is one of Sabre's best-sellers. The reflections of the caramel colour of the handles give the whole thing a very trendy retro effect.
The handles have a slightly conical shape for a perfect grip.
The advantage of this cheese knife is that it can be used to serve your guests easily thanks to its two prongs located at the end of the blade. Its special shape makes it an efficient and elegant knife for perfectly cutting a wide variety of cheeses.
"Care Instructions"
The Icône model is dishwasher safe, at 45° maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. For hand washing, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges.
If small halos appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
