"Our prices are displayed All Taxes Included (ATI) for orders destined for countries within the European Union (EU), in accordance with current legislation. However, orders placed outside the EU may be displayed as Excluding Tax (ET) and are subject to any additional customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient and must be settled with the carrier upon delivery."
To place an order, you will need to create a customer account. The account creation is done at the time of the order, before the validation of it. You can also create an account without having an order in progress on our site.
Maison Saulaie offers online payment by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express but also by Paypal, cheque and bank transfer. An online payment solution in several instalments is also offered depending on the amount of the order. Card payments are always made in euros (€), even if you are browsing in another currency ($, £ or CHF).
100% secure online payment
Our site is fully secure with the Stripe bank card payment platform and the 3D Secure system. Once your basket has been validated with your delivery method, you are redirected to this platform and only Stripe will receive and use the bank details to carry out the transaction. No personal payment data is accessible to us.
With Stripe, the transaction data necessary for processing orders (address, email, payment acceptance) are encrypted by the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL protocol) in order to guarantee optimal confidentiality of the exchanges at the time of their entry.
Payment methods and delivery
On each product page, an estimated dispatch time is indicated. You will find more information below on the dispatch and delivery processes after your payment has been accepted.
After you have validated your order and made the payment, the order confirmation page on the website will be displayed and a confirmation email with the order summary will be sent to you (remember to check your spam).
However, if you do not receive anything, check your payment card details and the information provided. Then, try again. You can also contact your bank to find out if a possible threshold would block the authorisation of your payment or if another reason, linked to your bank, would block the transaction.
Invoice
"Your invoices will be issued at the time of shipment of your orders and will then be downloadable directly from your customer account in the 'Orders and Tracking' section."
Returns and refunds
Returns

We love what we do and our customers show their appreciation. However, if you change your mind, you are free to return the items received within 14 days. Return costs are then deducted from the full refund of your order, according to the scale opposite (valid for Metropolitan France, contact us to obtain return costs from another country).
Benefit from a product return

You have either refused the order on delivery; the carrier will take care of the return request and we will let you know as soon as it is registered.

If you inform us that the order is not suitable for you, within the legal period of 14 days, by email to: email and we will discuss the organisation of the return of the product.
This return policy does not apply to customised or made-to-measure products. "Under Article L221-28 3 of the Consumer Code, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they do not have a right of withdrawal when they purchase or order customised and/or made-to-measure goods that are not in stock and that are made to their request." Customisation is understood as the possibility of choosing from a range of materials, colours and dimensions predefined in the catalogue. Made-to-measure is understood as when the customer chooses materials, colours or dimensions that are different from the predefined proposals in the catalogue.
Refunds
In the event of a cancellation of an order that has not been shipped, the refund will be in full and will be made within 10 days of the date of your request. In the event of a return, the refund will be made immediately after receipt and verification of the condition of the order, less return costs.
Refunds are made directly via the payment method used when ordering: bank card, bank transfer (with bank details), PayPal, cheque, etc.
