General terms and conditions of sale

Our products are sold in euros at the rate in effect at the time of the order. The display of prices in currencies other than euros is provided for information purposes only; the reference price remains the price in euros, and payment of this price will be made to a euro-denominated bank account located in France.

We reserve the right to modify prices, including indicative prices in currencies other than euros, at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the euro price in effect on the day of the order, except in the case of a manifest pricing error.

The product prices displayed on the GROUPE LIGNARTIS website include all applicable taxes for the recipient from our warehouses or showrooms, but do not include delivery or transport fees to your home or collection point, which depend on the volume, fragility, weight, destination of the product (France or abroad), or any other possible additional charges. These additional fees will be specified on the summary page before final confirmation of the order and will also appear on your order confirmation page.

For products to be shipped to the French overseas territories or outside French territory, the client undertakes to pay, in addition to the agreed price, directly to the forwarding agent or carrier if applicable, any customs duties or other taxes due upon importation into the country of delivery, as well as to pay VAT or any other tax due upon importation into the country of delivery.

Payment of the price is made in full in euros by credit card, bank transfer, cheque, or with your PayPal account at the time of ordering. At the time of payment, the client certifies that they are the holder of the bank account or PayPal account linked to the payment method and that they have sufficient funds to pay for the order.

Payment in several instalments is also offered through the service of a financial partner - Alma - subject to acceptance of the contract by Alma. Alma’s GTC are independent from the GTC of GROUPE LIGNARTIS. Credit is granted by Alma, a company with capital of €316,226.83, RCS Nanterre 839 100 757, ACPR approval No. 90789 - Contact: [email protected]. GROUPE LIGNARTIS acts as a credit intermediary in accordance with the provisions of R.519-2, 1° of the Monetary and Financial Code. GROUPE LIGNARTIS distributes advertisements sent by Alma relating to the granting of credit by Alma.

GROUPE LIGNARTIS uses one of the most secure systems available on the internet, the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol combined with encryption to protect all valuable data related to your payment, provided by STRIPE. This online payment system is secure, it automatically checks the validity of access rights when paying by credit card, encrypts all our exchanges, to guarantee their confidentiality. GROUPE LIGNARTIS does not have access to credit card data and is notified of payment by STRIPE at the end of the online payment process.

Furthermore, GROUPE LIGNARTIS implements controls and security procedures to guard against fraudulent payments, including the use of 3D Secure rules. We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time and at our sole discretion. We cannot be held liable to you or any third party for refusing to process a transaction or for suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Ordered products remain the property of GROUPE LIGNARTIS until full payment of the sale price. By express agreement and unless a deferral is expressly granted by GROUPE LIGNARTIS, any failure or delay in payment will result in (i) the immediate payment of any outstanding amount, regardless of the scheduled due date, without any formality or prior

Orders are placed and processed by the company GROUPE LIGNARTIS via its website.

The automatic order registration system shall serve as proof of the content and date of the order.

The order will be summarized in "your cart" indicating the total price to be paid. This summary can be viewed at any time by the client, who may complete or modify it as long as the order has not been confirmed by clicking the "I confirm my order" button. Once the order has been validated by the client and payment has been made, the client will no longer be able to modify or cancel the order, except for the right of withdrawal mentioned below.

Order confirmation implies acceptance of the GTC.

An email acknowledging receipt of the order and its payment is sent by GROUPE LIGNARTIS to the client at the address provided during the order process on the website, as soon as possible. The client must therefore ensure that this email address is valid and accessible.

If the client does not receive the confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order, or if it contains errors, it is the client's responsibility to contact GROUPE LIGNARTIS.

If the order acknowledgment cannot be delivered to the email address provided by the client, the order will be cancelled.

Orders will only be considered firm and final after confirmation of their acceptance by GROUPE LIGNARTIS, such confirmation constituting the conclusion of the sales contract. It will specify the nature, quantities ordered, and unit price of each product, as well as the total price including VAT, including shipping costs, which will be invoiced to the client.

The information provided by the client when placing the order is binding; in the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, GROUPE LIGNARTIS cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the products.

GROUPE LIGNARTIS reserves the right not to confirm an order, particularly in the event of supply issues with the desired products, abnormal orders, foreseeable delivery difficulties, or payment incidents.

GROUPE LIGNARTIS will then notify the client of its refusal to accept the order within the same timeframe.

No new order may be confirmed until the client has duly paid the amounts owed for the previous order.

The company GROUPE LIGNARTIS markets customizable products made to order for the client. These products cannot be considered as standard stock items, therefore the specific terms and conditions for the sale of customized products apply. This concerns, among others but is not limited to, furniture upholstered in fabrics, leathers or finishes made to order. Given the specific nature of these orders and their customization, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned after the order has been confirmed or delivered.

Delivery times vary depending on our stock, the quantity of products ordered, and the delivery location. They are specified on the order confirmation sent by GROUPE LIGNARTIS to the client. The indicated times are estimates and may be subject to change by GROUPE LIGNARTIS. In case of a change in delivery time, we will do our best to contact you and inform you of any changes. On average, delivery times are approximately 4 to 15 business days after confirmation of the order for deliveries within mainland France. Delivery times to overseas territories or outside France vary depending on the destination country.

Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location. They are also specified on the order confirmation sent by GROUPE LIGNARTIS to the client.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning depending on the chosen delivery method, except on public holidays.

For mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco, as well as for countries in the European Union, Switzerland, and Norway, delivery is made to the client’s home within the defined timeframe, by direct handover of the product to the announced recipient, or, in case of absence, by notice of availability. The products must then be collected or picked up by the client at the address and according to the terms indicated by the carrier. If not collected within the time limits set by the carrier, the products will be returned to GROUPE LIGNARTIS, which reserves the right to refund the client, with shipping costs remaining at their expense.

Depending on the size of the package, products will be sent either via postal services (Colissimo or Pick up locker), or by specialized carriers. In the latter case, the client may choose between:

- Standard daytime delivery (Complimentary for mainland France): Fast and efficient delivery (4 business days if the product is in stock) to the doorstep of the indicated delivery address. The item arrives packaged, protected in a cardboard crate, and wrapped on a wooden pallet if necessary. An appointment is scheduled in advance by phone call, Monday to Friday during the day, with no specific time slot. In case of absence on the chosen delivery day, your order will be available for collection at the carrier’s depot in your department, or a €25 fee will be charged for a new delivery. Standard delivery is complimentary for purchases over 159 euros for mainland France.

In accordance with the AGEC law, the client may benefit free of charge from the removal of a product over 20kg and of identical size to the one delivered if the following conditions are met:

• Have chosen the "premium" delivery option (the only delivery method logistically allowing removal)
• The type, bulk, and weight of the furniture to be removed must be equivalent to that delivered (one-for-one rule: one armchair removed for one armchair delivered)
• The furniture to be removed must be prepared by the client, meaning ready to be taken away and presenting no risk of injury to the carriers: it must be clean, disassembled, and secured (no sharp or cutting edges, no visible screws or nails). Fragile or breakable materials must be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap.
• The removal request by the client must be made at the time of ordering. Any subsequent request cannot be considered.
• The client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided to GROUPE LIGNARTIS regarding the accessibility and characteristics of the furniture to be removed.

GROUPE LIGNARTIS will be released from its removal obligation in the event of a contrary finding during installation and reserves the right to refuse the removal of any furniture that does not fully comply with all the above conditions.

For products weighing less than 20kg, the client may drop off their furniture at a local Eco-mobilier partner collection point.

Under article L221-28 3 of the French Consumer Code, the private or professional client acknowledges and accepts that they do not have a right of withdrawal when purchasing or ordering personalized and/or made-to-measure goods that are not in stock and are therefore made to order. Personalization is understood as the possibility to choose from a range of materials, colors, or dimensions predefined in the catalog. Made-to-measure applies when the client chooses materials, colors, or dimensions different from the predefined options in the catalog.

In other cases, we remind you that as a consumer you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days (including Sundays and public holidays) from receipt of the order to request the return of the products.

You must then inform our customer service within the allotted time by sending an email to the following address: [email protected]

In accordance with the standard withdrawal form applicable to consumers, we kindly ask you to specify the following information: order references, date of receipt of the relevant products, as well as your name and address.

After receiving your email, we will contact our carrier to arrange the return of the product. The carrier will then contact you promptly to set a possible collection date.

We invite you to include the summary of your client order with the package in its original or equivalent packaging, as this document is necessary for processing the return.

Once received, the products will be inspected and our customer service will contact you to proceed with the refund if the products are intact and in perfect condition. The products must not have been used or assembled in any way. Returns will not be accepted once assembly has begun. GROUPE LIGNARTIS reserves the right to refuse a refund for any product deemed unsuitable for resale.

Return fees will then be deducted from the full refund of your order for deliveries in mainland France, according to the flat-rate schedule below (which does not correspond to the actual cost of the transport service, as GROUPE LIGNARTIS covers part of the cost):

All products supplied by GROUPE LIGNARTIS benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Damage, breakage or malfunctions resulting from failure to observe instructions for use and care,
• Premature wear due to failure to follow maintenance conditions and/or lack of care,
• Overexposure to heat, humidity, and sunlight.

The responsibility of GROUPE LIGNARTIS cannot be engaged in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contract by the client, in the event of fault by a third party, or in the event of force majeure.

In the event of damage caused by a product safety defect, the client must seek the liability of the manufacturer identifiable from the information indicated on the packaging of the product concerned.

No regulations specific to the country of delivery and/or consultation of the GROUPE LIGNARTIS website may be enforced against the latter.

Our platform www.saulaie.com is not intended or configured to collect personal information from visitors other than the following data: connection origin (internet service provider), IP address, type and version of browser used. Under no circumstances do we collect visitors’ email addresses unless they voluntarily provide them to us. Only personal information such as names, postal addresses, and email addresses, voluntarily provided by users, is collected. You may be required to provide this personal information in order to obtain information, send us your comments, or to reserve and pay for a product on our site.

When you make a payment on our site, the transaction is carried out securely via our bank or financial partners. The company GROUPE LIGNARTIS does not have access to any of this confidential data.
