Round placemat, made of rattan, with an openwork central part. This tableware item is primarily a decorative element but can also be used as a placemat.
You can place fruit or vegetables on it, but you can also create a refined tableware set by adding a porcelain plate.
Unlike wicker, which has only one fibre, rattan is composed of a core made up of a set of fibres forming a very hard grain. It is this core of fibres that is used in the manufacture of our rattan items. A rattan item will therefore be much more resistant than a wicker item.
"Care Instructions"
You can clean rattan using a sponge or a soft brush soaked in warm water and a few drops of washing-up liquid. Always use a soft cloth or a soft brush to avoid damaging the material. Drying is very important, otherwise the rattan may become mouldy.Our customers also liked
